Ms. Ennaco was appointed vice president, board operations & governance by the Financial Accounting Foundation (FAF) in June 2022. In this role, she will lead strategic and research initiatives in support of the priorities of the FAF’s Board of Trustees (BOT). Ms. Ennaco will develop the annual work plans for the BOT and its committees and operate as their primary project manager. In addition to her role as the liaison to the BOT, she will serve as a trusted advisor to the FAF’s executive director, leading such key actions as the organization’s strategic planning process.

With over eleven years of corporate governance experience, Ms. Ennaco brings a notable record of understanding C-suite and board level operations to this role. She is well-versed in project management, with a professional, detail-oriented approach to cross-functional collaboration.

Ms. Ennaco joined the FAF from CFA Institute, a global, not-for-profit organization that offers education, training, and certification programs for those pursuing a profession in the investment industry. Ms. Ennaco’s career at CFA Institute spanned over a decade, where she took on progressively greater responsibilities and leadership opportunities. She most recently held the position of director, governance and business operations and chief of staff to the general counsel. In this role, she was responsible for supporting the company’s highly engaged board and its committees, leading a wide range of strategic projects and initiatives, driving the execution of her division’s operating plan across its various regions and functions, developing and managing annual budgets, and generating executive communications and business reports in partnership with the general counsel.

Ms. Ennaco received a bachelor’s degree in English from The George Washington University and was recognized by both Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Eta Sigma academic honor societies.
