Financial Accounting Foundation Appoints Jodi Dottori Chief of StaffNorwalk, CT, April 29, 2010—The Financial Accounting Foundation (FAF) announced that Jodi Dottori, Vice President and General Counsel, has been appointed to the newly created position of Chief of Staff. In assuming this new role, Mr. Dottori is stepping out of the position of General Counsel and will be focusing his attentions on working with the FAF President and Board of Trustees to prioritize and execute on organizational goals and objectives. He will be responsible for major project initiatives, including further development of the FAF’s due process oversight function, implementation of findings and recommendations of the FAF Trustees’ Standard-Setting Process Oversight Committee, and implementation of strategic planning initiatives.
Mr. Dottori joined the FAF in 2006 as its General Counsel and was elected an officer and Vice President of the FAF in 2009. Previously, he served as Assistant General Counsel for DSL.net, and held senior legal and management positions with Priceline.com. He earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and economics from Denison University.
